Hello My name is Iliana. I have a beautiful daughter her name is Jayliann. She is 9 years old. I enjoy spending time with her.

I worked as a teacher assistant for thirteen year. I love to work with children and see them grow.

Hi I'm Trinity! I joined Bright Beginnings In February of 2025 and truly enjoy working with our youngest learners. As an infant teacher, I focus on creating a safe, caring and consisten environment where babies can explore, grow and reach important milestones. I believe that early relationships are the foundation for healthy development, and i value building trust with both infants and their families. Each day, my goal is to provide nurturing care while supporting every child's individual needs and unique growth. 

Twos

I'm Ava, as a former BBA kid, I'm back, but as a float teacher. I bring energy, empathy, and adaptability to my role as a float teacher, seamlessly supporting classrooms across all age groups.  Outside the classroom, my heart stays just as full—I volunteer with a local dog rescue, helping pups find their forever homes. You can also see me hitting the field for some friendly competition as a softball enthusiast. When I graduate high school I hope to attend a college and major in teaching. 

Hi, my name is Ms. Becky! I have been in childcare for 25+ years and with Bright Beginnings Academy since 2008. I enjoy working with children and watching them grow. Everyday is a new learning experience. My husband's name is Jim and we have one son Ethan. As a family we enjoy going to church, to the movies and shopping.

Hi, my name is Ms. Karin. I have been at Bright Beginnings since 2015, but have been working in child care since my 20's. I find it so rewarding! Each day is a new opportunity to learn something. I am married to my husband Brian and have 3 wonderful stepsons and 2 grandkids. I enjoy reading, the outdoors and vacationing in Florida.

Hi, my name is Cassandra. I’ve always had a passion for working with children—it’s in those little moments, like the sparkle in their eyes when they learn something new or proudly say, “look what I can do,” that I find true joy. I’m a proud mother of six biological children and have also helped raise three others who have deeply impacted my life. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in patience, compassion, and understanding—qualities I bring into my work every day. Since starting my career in childcare in 2022, I’ve loved every moment of it. I’m committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn and grow.
